Penthouses

Parkline Penthouses provide an aesthetic appearance, economical construction, and low maintenance. Penthouse enclosures range from 5'4" through 32'0" wide, heights up to 14', and are available in unlimited lengths. Buildings are available with many standard accessories such as doors, roof curbs, wall openings, windows, louvers, and removable wall sections for servicing of large equipment.

Durability: Parkline Buildings give you the years of trouble free service that you expect from a quality building. Durable paint finishes are available in seven standard wall colors and are backed by a 20 year warranty. The galvalume roof also carries a 20 year durability warranty.

Interior finishes: The interior of a Parkline Penthouse building can be furnished with a wide range of both economical and energy efficient liner systems. They can also be provided with one or two-hour fire rated walls built in accordance with Factory Mutual Design WP-155 and WP-150.

Acoustical: Parkline also furnishes a field assembled, acoustically tested wall system that's designed to meet rugged industrial environmental applications. The A49 Acoustic wall system has a tested STC (sound transmission coefficient) of 49 and the A29 Acoustic Wall system has a tested STC of 29. Both are tested in explicit conformity with the requirements of the ASTM Designations E90-87 and E413-87.

Pressurized: With Parkline's design, negative or positive pressurization can easily be achieved. If necessary, pressure relief panels can also be installed.

Shipping: Buildings can be shipped knocked down or pre assembled on skids. Skid types range from shipping skids for transportation to a permanent site, lightweight skids for repeated transportation or tough structural skids for units containing heavy equipment or unusual loading requirements.
